•Vendor Selection Memo/ Procurement Committee Meeting Minutes. 

•SAM/OFAC/UN Search

•Purchase Order

•Open Ad if applicable, Request For Proposal (RFP)/Request For Quotation (RFQ)- when applicable

•For service-Consultant/ open ad

C             Open-Tender: Public bid

Thresholds: Above BDT 500,000

Description:

•Open ad: website, newspaper and other relevant medium.

•Other process remain same as above.
