Selecting the right venue at the right place at the right time is very important to organize any event. which I consider the things before selecting the venue. List in below:

The venue has available backup of : · Multimedia Projector. · Projector screen. · Printing facilities. · White/Flipchart board. · Pushpin broad. · Sound system etc. That they can deliver after immediate request. |
Food and Catering service facilities: |
Venue has food, snacks and refreshment served facilities. Tea, coffee, and water facilities are available as per request. |
Accommodation: |
If the event runs all day or for several days, it is best to choose a conference venue with enough accommodation facilities. The participant can relax at the end of the day without any trouble. |
Safety Security |
The venue has enough security guards, CCTV cameras, security scanners at the entry door etc. |
COVID’19 |
Venues follow the covid rules, have hand wash basins in outside, and sanitize the visitors when entry. |
Other facilities and services: |
On-spot assistance for meeting room service. First aid box with available medicines etc. |
