Dear Concern or Mr. X,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the quality of service and room quality that our colleagues experienced during their recent stay at your hotel ( Reservation details attached). They were expecting a comfortable and enjoyable stay, but unfortunately, they are dissatisfied with their experience.
The room provided was not up to the standard expected from a hotel of your caliber. The room and bed were not clean and looked like they had been used before. The bathroom was also not as clean as it should have been. The towels provided were not fresh and looked like had been used before. The room floor and switches were very unclean. After reporting all this, one of your workers requested our colleague to accept it for the time being. which was not expected.
Furthermore, they were unhappy with the level of service that they received during their stay. they had to request the room to be changed or cleaned again as it was not done properly the first time around. Additionally, it took an extended period for room service to respond to they are requested for a clean room, bed, fresh towels, and other basic amenities.
They had anticipated higher service and comfort from a renowned hotel such as ( Hotel Name). The room quality and service received during their stay were far below expectations, which negatively impacted their overall experience.
I hope that you will take my feedback seriously and work to improve the quality of your hotel rooms and service. I look forward to hearing from you regarding the steps you will take to ensure that your guests receive a higher level of service and comfort in the future.
